Our Staff
After 30 years I retired from Washington Elementary School in Mendota. I opened Barbin's Daycare Learning Center in 2002. My two grandsons Anthony Clark and Andrew Clark (They are twins) were our typists. Andrew is Dr. Clark at St. Agnes Hospital. Anthony has a dental office in Tulare. Robert has been in law school for 2 years. Imani is a real estate agent. Jakeya Barbin (owner's grandaughter) she graduated with a major in Psychology. Most of the other kids are in college. I will be working again in Barbin's Daycare learning Center in November 2023. You need to call and check us out. She has the only daycare learning center in Fresno since 2002.

I am 19 years old. I am a sophomore at Fresno State. My major is Pre-Child and Family science. I came to the daycare in 2021 as a daycare staff. I am now the Daycare Manger. I love working with little ones.
Erica Montez
My name is Erica. I was hired at Barbin's Daycare as a teacher on August 12, 2024. I am a mother of 3 and a grandma. I have experience working with children; I also volunteered as a softball coach for King Elementary. I'm currently studying for my paraprofessional test to work with kids who have special needs. I'm very involved with my community.
Melayah Amey
My name is Melayah. I was hired at Barbin's Daycare as a helper on July 21, 2024. I am a senior at Bullard High school. I enjoy working with kids because I learn so much from them.
