J. Dianne Barbin-Snowden (Nana) is Louisiana bred. She is a mother of 4 and grandmother of 13. She received a BA in Social Work at Fresno State in 1993. She has been a daycare owner since 1997 and has experience working with infant, youth, and adolescents. She is also a foster parent since 1997. She is also a member of BBB since 2004 and is rated A+. She was a Notary Public 2010-2021. She also inspector for Fresno County Elction department from 1990-2010

J. Dianne Barbin-Snowden has received numerous awards: National Outstanding Soror Of the year Award from Gamma ETA Chapter (March 4, 2003) and also received a certificate Of Appreciation in 2001. She received a Top Ten Business/Professional Woman Of the Year Awarded in 2001.She was profiled in Fresno Bee in Observance of Black History Month in February 1992. From Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department she received two trophies in 1986 and 1987, "The Best Involvement of The Year" and a Certificate In Her Honor in 1985, "Certificate Of Appreciation".
